4. Telephone calls and emails are returned in a timely fashion. You would not think this is a big deal but in this industry and area, correspondences are greatly neglected.
5. Classes start on time and end on time. We see this as being respectful of YOUR time and ours. Once again, you would not think this to be a big deal but you get instructors who like to start and end when they feel like it. Casualness leads to casualties.
