Yes, you read that right, our instructors/staff are actually compensated and formally trained to teach which means they are more committed to deliver higher levels of service. Most instructors/staff in this area are volunteers to the school owner and have had no formal instructor training. Volunteers are great but cannot be fully depended upon to deliver top notch instruction.
